Congratulations to Sprague High School for capturing the Overall Team trophy at the 2011 USA Racquetball National High School Championships held in St. Louis during the first week of March.

This is the fourth time in 16 years Sprague has won the national Overall Team award, having previously received the honor in 2009.
Beaverton finished 2nd and Southridge placed 3rd in the Overall Team division.
Southridge finished second in the Girls’ Team division and Beaverton finished third (Cor Jesu from St. Louis finished first). In the Boys’ Team competition, Sprague finished second and Beaverton placed third (St. Louis University High School finished first).
Rick and Ryan Charbonneau, seniors at Oregon City, earned the Boys’ Doubles #1 championship, defeating Sam Reid and Alex Meyer, juniors at Lincoln.
Senior Tanya Ulloa and sophomore Connor Laffey from Sprague claimed the Mixed Doubles #1 trophy, defeating senior Augusta Herman and junior Toma Matisoff from Southridge.
