Chadd Westwood - 7 Time State Champion
Chadd Westwood defeated Charlie Pratt to capture his seventh Oregon State Men's Open Championship title. The final match was viewed by a large crowd at Lloyd Athletic Club in downtown Portland where 167 players from Oregon and Washington battled for the 2009 Championships in their division(s).
